All your orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in Paris and shipped daily.
Your orders are delivered within 72 hours with UPS Express, which is the most reliable and fastest method of delivery for international deliveries.
Shipping costs $12 and is free for orders over $350.
NO HIDDEN FEES :
You will never have to pay duty or import fees on any order under $800 placed in the United States.
RETURNS (UNITED STATES)
From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it for free.
You just have to send us a message to bonjour@lafaurieparis.com with the following information
- Your name
- Your first name
- Your order number
- The references of the products you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Upon receipt of your order, we will process your refund. If you wish to exchange your order, we invite you to simply place another order.

From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to return your order. Returns outside of the United States are at your expense.
